At CalmNestStyle, we want you to receive your personalized items as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality. Because all our products are made-to-order and custom-crafted just for you, please allow time for production before shipping.
Processing Time
Made to order - Ships in 2-6 business days
You will receive a digital proof of your personalized design for approval before we begin production. Once you approve the proof, your item will be crafted and shipped within the timeframe above.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide!
- Delivery times vary by country (typically 7-21 business days)
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your door.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your building management. We recommend contacting your local postal service or carrier for assistance. CalmNestStyle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged in Transit:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Delayed Shipments:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Any extended processing times will be noted on our website.
