Product Fulfillment
All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Products are manufactured and shipped by Printify's network of production facilities located in the USA and EU, depending on the selected product and shipping destination.
Taxes & VAT
For EU orders, VAT is automatically collected at checkout and remitted by our fulfillment partner Printify through the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) system. For US orders, applicable sales tax may be added at checkout based on state regulations.

Right of Withdrawal – EU Buyers
According to EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order items. Since all our products are made to order, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation or return period.
We only accept returns in the case of production errors or if the item arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
EU Legal Guarantee
A 2-year legal guarantee applies per EU law. Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days are handled per platform and producer policies; after 30 days, claims are handled by the seller per EU consumer rules.
