Refund & Return Policy
Every blanket is woven to order. Here is exactly what we cover and what we do not.
How your blanket is made
Every CalmNestStyle blanket is woven to order from 100% cotton on a jacquard loom. The design is built into the fabric itself rather than printed on the surface, so there is no layer that can fade, peel or crack. Because each piece is made after you order it, nothing is held in stock and nothing can be resold.
When we make it right
We send a free replacement, or issue a full refund if you prefer, when your blanket arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- With a manufacturing fault
- As the wrong item — a different design or size than you ordered
How to claim: Email support@calmneststyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We reply within 24 hours.
Final sale
Because every blanket is woven for one specific order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Blankets with personalised text
- Custom photo blankets
- A size chosen in error by the customer

EU customers
Under EU consumer law the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to order. As every CalmNestStyle blanket is produced specifically upon order, it falls under this exemption, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refund timeline
Once a claim is approved, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
