How do I personalize my item?
During checkout, you'll find a personalization field where you can enter your custom text, names, or dates. Please double-check your spelling as we print exactly what you provide!
What if I don't see a personalization option?
Some items may not offer personalization. If you have a special request, please contact us at support@calmneststyle.com before ordering.

According to Austrian Small Business Regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged. All prices shown are final prices.

Can I return my personalized item?
Since all our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product at calmneststyle@gmail.com. We'll make it right!
EU Return Policy for Made-to-Order Products:
According to EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods. All our products are custom-made based on your specifications.

How do I care for my woven blanket?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach or iron.
How do I care for my pillow?
Spot clean or hand wash the cover. Remove insert before washing if applicable.
