Our Quality Promise
Every CalmNestStyle blanket is woven to order using premium 100% cotton on a jacquard loom. The design is built into the fabric itself — it will never fade, peel, or crack, no matter how many times you wash it. We take pride in every piece that leaves our warehouse, and we stand fully behind our quality.
When We Make It Right
We offer a free replacement or full refund if your blanket arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- With a manufacturing error
- As the wrong item (different design or size than ordered)
✅ How to claim: Email support@calmneststyle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly — no hassle.
Final Sale Items
Because every blanket is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Personalized or custom text blankets
- Custom photo blankets
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer

🇪🇺 EU Customers
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to order. As all CalmNestStyle blankets are produced specifically upon each order, they fall under this exemption. This is in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refund Timeline
Once your claim is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
