1. Who we are

This website is operated by CalmNestStyle, a business owned and run by Đukić Nedeljko, sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer) registered in Austria under business registration number (GISA) 37717421, Seegrabenstraße 45g, Tür 18, 8700 Leoben, Austria.

Throughout this document, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CalmNestStyle. "You" refers to the customer or visitor.

2. Our products and how they are made

We design and sell jacquard woven blankets and related home textiles. Every item is made to order — nothing is held in stock.

Production and shipping are carried out by our manufacturing partner in the United States. Orders are produced and dispatched from a warehouse within the United States.

CalmNestStyle remains the seller of record. We are responsible for pricing, order processing, customer service, returns, replacements and refunds.

3. How a contract is formed

Product listings on this website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to decline an order — for example if a product is unavailable, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we cannot ship to your address.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the final prices payable.

In accordance with Austrian small business regulation (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG — Kleinunternehmerregelung), no Austrian VAT is charged.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Personalisation

Many of our products can be personalised free of charge with a name, Bible verse or motto woven into the design.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the text you submit. Where personalisation is added, we send a mock-up by email for your approval before production begins. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we proceed with the text as submitted.

Personalised items cannot be resold and are excluded from returns except where faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Delivery

Production takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are stated in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a made-to-order item, but we will always work with you to resolve delivery problems.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering.

8. Product images and colour

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Because our designs are woven from coloured cotton threads rather than printed, the appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and on lighting conditions. Small variations in size and finish are normal in woven textiles and are not defects.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs and text on this website are owned by or licensed to CalmNestStyle and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Where you submit your own image or text for a custom product, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to submit content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Where you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
