We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at support@calmneststyle.com with photos of the damage.
- Wrong item received: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at support@calmneststyle.com so we can resolve the issue.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that simply do not meet personal preferences, such as disliking the color, style, or design.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@calmneststyle.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
